We loved the fabulous breakfast with an array of local specialties! The kids enjoyed the lovely pool area where we could relax while our pets comfortably joined us. Volterra's charm truly shines, especially at the nearby Roman amphitheater showcases its rich history.
My kids wished the soundproofing was better.

The staff were exceptionally attentive, going out of their way to ensure all requests were met promptly, even providing a portable A/C unit when our room felt warm.
Soundproofing was lacking. we could hear conversations and hall noise easily, which disrupted our sleep on multiple occasions.

The room was clean and included a refrigerator, which came in handy during the stay. Access to a well-maintained pool offered a perfect way to relax, and the location provided a peaceful setting just a short walk from the bustling town center. Breakfast featured a delightful array of options, including fresh, local cold meats. Unfortunately, the beds were uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep, and a lack of evening bar service limited our ability to enjoy views on the terrace.
